Guest text us upon arrival, and wait in their car/outside until their service provider is ready for them. No waiting area inside.
Level Systems- Each service provider has a level of 1-5. This is based on their demand of time. For example, a level 5 has very limited appointment availability vs a level 1 or 2 is still growing their clientele.
Children – WE LOVE KIDS! Once you get your haircut here you are a Mustache Kid Club Member for life! We have fun events such as “cut with your barber”, Santa at the Salon, hot cocoa bars, etc that we put on for our kids and their families! Mustache stickers, tattoos, key rings, and candy are a must every visit!
Pets – service animals only
Gift Cards – We have gift cards. Specials throughout the year based on the upcoming holiday.
Methods of payment - Cash, card, and gift cards accepted. No checks.
Returns/Refunds/Service Guarantee – Product can be brought back if used once to trade for other product if it is not what the guest expected but this very rarely happens since we use it on them before they buy. This needs to be done within 30 days. There is no returns on special order items, such as extensions. For refunds on hair, we will usually have them come back in for a complimentary touch up instead of refund. If you are not happy, we will make it right at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy - We understand that life happens; therefore, the first time an appointment is missed, we give a free pass. The second time, we put a card on file to be ran. The third time, you must prepay in order to reserve an appointment going forward.
Down payments- Down Payment is required for specific services in the salon company. These services include, but are not limited to: colors, perms, extensions, permanent cosmetics, bridal parties, and more. These down payments are non refundable and non transferable.
